Francis De Souza
Chairman
Francis De Souza is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, specialising in the resources and technology sectors. He has held Non-Executive Director roles across multiple ASX-listed companies, leading strategic initiatives including asset identification, acquisition and corporate recapitalisation. He is also an Executive Director and co-founder of Appstablishment Software Group Ltd, which was acquired by Spenda in 2021.
Dr John Mair
Non-Executive Director
John has extensive international experience in the minerals sector across technical and corporate roles, with a focus on gold, copper and critical minerals. He holds a PhD in Economic Geology and has more than 15 years’ experience as a director of ASX-listed companies, including Executive Director roles at Greenland Minerals (now Energy Transition Minerals) and Non-Executive Director of Rox Resources. His career spans exploration and project development across Australia, Canada, Alaska, Mexico and Greenland, with a strong track record in capital raisings and strategic partner engagement.
David Palumbo
Non-Executive Director
David Palumbo is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with over 14 years of experience across company secretarial, corporate advisory and financial reporting for ASX-listed companies. He is Head of Corporate Compliance at Mining Corporate Pty Ltd and has been actively involved in numerous corporate transactions, including leading the identification and acquisition of the Mt Clere Rare Earth Project and Belgravia Porphyry Project. He currently serves as Company Secretary for several ASX-listed companies and as a Non-Executive Director of Kaiser Reef.
Dr Greg Partington

Dr Greg Partington has more than 35 years of experience in the minerals industry across both exploration and mining. He has successfully developed and managed several listed exploration companies and has a proven track record of increasing shareholder value. He brings a strong combination of technical and commercial expertise, reflected in his successful delivery of business concepts and products.
Kyla Garic
Company Secretary
Kyla is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial management and company secretarial services. She is the Founder and Director of Onyx Corporate Pty Ltd, which provides Company Secretarial and CFO services to listed and unlisted companies. Kyla has extensive experience supporting mineral exploration companies, technology startups and entrepreneurs, and currently serves as Company Secretary and virtual CFO for several ASX-listed and unlisted public companies.
